DAGCHHA - Heaven on the ridge

  • 2,907 meters

Dagchha is a hope for your legs after the long ascent from Kinja. If your legs are dying to rest, you could stay here. In addition to some decent family run lodges, you will also be accompanied by a magnificent view of Numbur to the north, Pikey to the south and Deurali to the west. Also consider that while Goyam is only about forty minutes from here, it only has a single lodge and the stop after that Lamjura La is a good 3 hour away.

With its mani walls and prayer flags, Dagchha is another typical Sherpa village which sings with wind and smells like pine. It truly is a piece of heaven.
